ABOUT BRAD SPERANZO

Clients place their trust with Brad Speranzo because he combines deep industry expertise with highly personalized capital solutions tailored to their unique real-estate financing needs.  With a focus on structuring real estate debt and equity strategies, Brad evaluates each borrower’s project pragmatically, and aligns financing structures to support investment objectives, risk tolerance, and execution timelines.

What sets Brad apart is his commitment to clarity, responsiveness, and disciplined execution.  Clients gain a clear understanding of their options, confidence throughout the underwriting process, and reliable access to capital in competitive markets.  His consultative approach ensures clients are not simply placed into a product, but supported with a thoughtfully designed financing strategy; one that aligns with business objectives, reflects real market constraints, and supports long-term sustainability.  The result is smoother transactions, better outcomes, and capital solutions that return attention to where it belongs: revenue recognition.

Brad’s educational and professional background reflect a rare combination of analytical rigor, institutional exposure, and real-world execution.  After attending Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, he spent more than a decade in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies including Honeywell, BAE Systems, and General Electric.  Brad worked in cross-functional leadership, including supply chain, production, new product introduction, and program management.  He later held senior leadership positions at smaller organizations, managing multimillion-dollar business units with broad operational and financial responsibility.

During the COVID-driven global aviation downturn, Brad transitioned into real estate fintech and private capital markets.  Brad has led initiatives at prominent industry leaders including Stoa, Archwest Capital, and Builders Capital.  These roles further honed his ability to assess risk, structure efficient solutions, and navigate multi-party transactions under time-sensitive conditions.  Today, Brad leverages his knowledge and relationships across the ecosystem to be an advocate for developers, builders, investors, and operators to deliver simplified borrowing experiences, while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
