After an initial discovery call, Market Point Capital Solutions provide an engagement agreement, then will directly engage with the borrowing group to provide market insights, resources, and lender-facing efforts to ensure the deal is structured in optimal fashion, the most competitive capital is secured.

We support clients from pre-contract to lot completion by evaluating market demand, pricing, lot yield, budgets, and key third-party reports such as environmental and geotechnical studies.

For phased developments, we also assess structural protections to ensure future phases are not compromised by early lot or unit sales.

CONSTRUCTION
