Technical finesse.
Not brute force.
Market Point Capital Solutions is a fractional capital markets team for developers, builders, and investors who need institutional-grade capital work without an institutional cost structure.
A poorly compiled deal sent from a phone between appointments to numerous lenders (some of whom may not even offer product alignment) receives the commensurate attention: nearly none.
We give you deal the attention it deserves by only approaching the best-fit lenders, providing them with a robust overview, and the supporting documentation. Lenders qualify on credibility and price on the level of effort required. The difference is evidenced in the speed, leverage, and pricing.
Why I started Market Point
Lenders are, diplomatically speaking, dynamic.
I worked those desks through the sharpest repricing in forty years — senior enough to see the changes coming, never senior enough to stop one.
I lived it. Turnover. Pricing swings. Late re-trades. Process changes. Risk appetite that shifts overnight. New ownership rewriting the rules on a Tuesday. A program that was your best option in March can be gone by June, and nobody sends a memo.
From the inside, that's just the business. From the outside, you're losing leverage and profit on a project that hasn't changed at all.
You didn't get into this to become a part-time capital markets analyst. And a full-time one is overhead your margin doesn't need.
So I built the third option: one relationship that tracks the whole landscape so you don't have to — engaged per deal instead of per year.
Same insider. Now on your side of the table — and I know what the spread looks like from theirs.
Brad Speranzo
He came to capital markets from industry. After Saint Joseph's University, more than a decade in cross-functional leadership at Fortune 100 companies — supply chain, production, new product introduction, program management — then multimillion-dollar business units at smaller organizations, with full operational and financial responsibility.
When the COVID-driven aviation downturn closed that chapter, he moved into real estate fintech and private capital markets: senior roles at Stoa, Archwest Capital and Builders Capital before founding Market Point.
What that path produces is a file read the way a credit committee will read it, before it goes anywhere near one. Every engagement is underwritten personally. Sponsors work directly with the principal from the first scenario through funding — and through the draw cycles that follow.
“Always responsive, sets clear expectations, and excels at creative and precise loan structuring. If I were building an organization, Brad would be a cornerstone — I'd have full confidence that nothing would slip through the cracks.”
